Verified Une merveille Le cadre est merveilleux, la piscine à débordement avec vue sur la végétation. Le bassin privé de la chambre et sa douche à l’extérieur. L’isolement de chaque chambre. La nature autour est fantastique et l’on doit faire avec les les oiseaux, les geckos, les grenouilles, et même un immense lézard aperçu sur la terrasse de la rivière. L’hôtel est enchanteur loin du tumulte touristique d’Ubud. Les navettes gratuites pour Ubud sont parfaite. Tous le personnel est discret et vraiment adorable. Nous avons organisé une journée de visite avec eux, c’était parfait. Le must est de se faire masser au bord de la rivière proche de la petite cascade. Juste un bonheur pour le cadre, l’accueil aux petits soins et le très bon massage. Oui les prestations sont plus élever qu’à Ubud mais vous n’aurez pas l’attention ni le plaisir des sens qu’offre cet endroit unique. Nous y avons dîner le soir de notre arrivé et la cuisine est excellente. Le petit déjeuné également notamment les recettes balinaises. Mention spécial à Pak Putu, le driver de la navette, un homme attentionné et de bon conseil. Très habile dans la conduite dans ce traffic unique. Vraiment adorable. Le must est cette vue incroyable en arrivant à l’entrée extérieur de l’hôtel. Bref un hôtel a faire absolument.

Verified Situation idéale pour les amoureux de la nature Emplacement divin en pleine nature. Calme et sérénité sont au rendez-vous. L’extrême gentillesse du personnel et activité de Cooking Class au top. Hôtel un peu excentré du centre ville d’Ubud mais c’est la contrepartie d’un emplacement en pleine jungle.

Verified Amazing garden and surroundings &beautiful villas Wonderful place in the middle of the jungle but still quite close central Ubud (20-30 minutes). We did remote work and for that the spacious villa was perfect and internet top quality. The restaurant in the hotel was also good and breakfast really nice.

Verified Breathtaking Villa Semana Villa Semana is a wonderful stay arrangement at Ubud. Situated along the rice fields and the Ayung river, the beauty is breathtaking. We stayed there for four days in the 1st week of Dec. Accommodation and the facilities at the resort are of the best class. Cleanliness, maintenance and layout are of the highest standard. The restaurant may have a limited menu but every preparation is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle running twice a day to Ubud market. A perfect getaway for honeymooners, artists, authors and family.

Verified Pure bliss - an amazing spot to unwind and recharge My girlfriend and I had the most fabulous time at the Villa Semana Resort & Spa. A secluded spot and with incredible natural beauty, the corresponding rice fields, waterfall and river create a highly relaxing atmosphere and the perfect place to unwind. The traditional Balinese architecture is authentic and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We visited the Semana Spa in what was one of the highlights of the trip. An amazing full body massage (which spanned over an hour) was then followed up by a warm bath and with lovely sparkling wine and a delicious, traditional Balinese lunch. This was certainly the best massage I’ve ever had and this experience will stay with me for a long while to come. Another highlight was a visit to the local market and cooking class, organised by Wisnu. Wisnu is a delightful person and earlier in the trip also arranged a romantic candlelit dinner for us. The cooking class was very enjoyable and Wisnu took some great photos and was even kind enough to share the receipes with us. We will be sure to try and perfect them when we return home to Sydney! All in all I couldn’t recommend Villa Semana Resort & Spa more for anyone wishing to find a romantic stay, outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud city centre and to unwind.

Verified Beautiful and peaceful stay in the jungle I had a wonderful stay at Villa Semana. It was a beautiful setting, very tranquil and cool to be in the jungle. Everything was great and I enjoyed my time there so much. The staff were so helpful and the food was amazing too. I would come back again for sure and highly recommend the little paradise!
