Set dramatically on a cliff edge overlooking the Ayung River, The Bistro offers a serene open air setting where nature becomes part of the experience. Gentle river breezes, birdsong, and sweeping views of the Sayan valley create a tranquil backdrop for unhurried dining.
The menu presents a harmonious blend of Western and Asian influences, drawing inspiration from Balinese traditions alongside French and Thai flavours. Pondok Lounge
The Pondok Lounge is a serene gathering space created for unhurried moments of relaxation. Inspired by traditional Balinese cottage architecture, this open-air pavilion is crowned with alang-alang roofing and set beside the resort’s infinity pool, where tranquil views and cooling breezes enhance the sense of calm.
An ideal setting for afternoon tea, light refreshments, or sunset cocktails, the Pondok Lounge invites guests to unwind in quiet contemplation or enjoy shared moments. A selection of dishes and beverages from our pool menu may be conveniently ordered and enjoyed from the Pondok Lounge, allowing guests to savour relaxed dining in harmony with the gentle rhythm of nature and the soothing ambiance of Villa Semana.
