Reservation Confirmation

Reservations made through our official website www.villasemana.com are available 24 hours a day via our online booking platform. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation, along with a deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay, which serves as a guarantee. Your reservation will be considered confirmed once the deposit payment has been successfully received by the hotel. All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Payment Policy

All charges are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept payment in cash (IDR) and major credit cards. Credit card payments will be converted to your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the billing date, as determined by your card issuer.

Rescheduling Policy

Should you wish to reschedule your stay, kindly contact our Guest Service Officer at the earliest opportunity, providing your full name, original stay dates, and preferred new dates, if available. All rescheduled stays must be completed within one (1) year from the original check-in date and will be subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of the revised stay. Confirmation of new dates is subject to availability and may incur additional charges should the applicable room rates on the original booking platform differ from the original reservation. In certain circumstances, rescheduling requests may require supporting documentation for verification purposes, such as a medical certificate, official government notice, or other relevant proof, as deemed necessary by the resort.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be settled 21 days prior to arrival, and once received, is also non-refundable. In the event of extenuating circumstances, guests may contact our Guest Service team for assistance. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the management. All decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Wildlife Disclaimer

Villa Semana is located within a natural setting surrounded by river, jungle, and rice fields. As a result, guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, including but not limited to insects, reptiles, and small animals. While the resort takes all reasonable measures to minimize the presence of wildlife in guest areas and to remove them promptly when encountered, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the surrounding environment. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the resort’s location and natural surroundings. Accordingly, Villa Semana shall not be held liable for any discomfort, injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising from such encounters. Cancellations, amendments, or refunds will not be granted on the basis of wildlife presence, as the environment and location are clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Accessibility and Child Policy

For safety reasons related to the resort’s natural terrain and architectural features, including uneven pathways, staircases, and open platforms, Villa Semana enforces a strict no-child policy for children under the age of 12. We regret that the resort is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges, including but not limited to senior guests or those requiring walking aids or wheelchairs. Guests are advised to carefully consider their physical abilities and those of their accompanying party prior to booking.

Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Coverage should include illness, injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, trip cancellation, and other unforeseen travel contingencies. Villa Semana shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, natural disasters, weather conditions, civil disturbances, government actions, or equipment failure.

Amendments To Terms And Conditions

Villa Semana reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms shall take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
