Confirming Your Reservation

The online reservation is valid if you book through Our official website www.villasemana.com. The online reservation available 24/7 handling by our online reservation platform. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking and the 1st night payment deposit of the total amount is required to guarantee your room reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once the receipt of the online payment deposit received by hotel. Reservations are handled on a ” first come, first serve” basis.

Payment

Our hotel bills in Indonesian Rupiah. We accept payment in cash Indonesian Rupiah & credit card. The credit card payments will be converted to your home currency at the prevailing exchange rate on the billing date. Rescheduling Policy Should you need to re-time your holiday, please get in touch with our Guest Service Officer as soon as
possible and state your name, stay dates and new stay dates, if known. Rescheduled stays must be made within one (1) year of the original check-in date, and is subject to new government regulations and laws at the revised time of stay. Confirmation of the new stay dates is subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on the room rates displayed on the booking platform the original booking was made on.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. The balance of payment is due 21 days before your scheduled arrival date which once received is also non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us and our Guest Service Officer will assist on a case-by-case basis. All decisions made are final and non-negotiable.

Wildlife Disclaimer

Villa Semana is located in a remote area surrounded by a river, jungle and padi fields. It is therefore unavoidable that wildlife including but not limited to insects, reptiles and other small animals may enter the compound and hotel rooms from time to time. While utmost care will be taken to prevent the entry of such wildlife and swift removal will be carried out should they be discovered, Villa Semana cannot guarantee non-contact with guests and their belongings, and will not be held responsible for any stings, bites, injuries or damage to personal property whatsoever arising as a result of such encounters, nor entertain cancellations or refunds of hotel bookings made for this reason.

Accessibility and Child Policy

Villa Semana has a strict no-child policy for children under the age of 12, due to its location with uneven terrain and architectural features such as steep staircases and platforms without barricades. We regret that we are unable to provide accommodations for guests with mobility challenges including but not limited to those with physical disabilities, senior citizens, or those requiring mobility aids such as walking sticks or wheelchairs. The hotel management advises guests to consider their physical abilities and those of their accompanying party members before booking a stay with us.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies. Responsibility Please be advised that Villa Semana is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay, or as a result of your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of international flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any
machinery or equipment.

Amendments To Terms And Conditions

Villa Semana reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
